AWARD CEREMONY
On July 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the UFSC cinema room, Joinville campus, the award ceremony for the outstanding alumni of the Graduate Program in Engineering and Mechanical Sciences (Pós-ECM) took place.
The event recognized the merit and excellence of former students who stood out in different areas, with awards granted in the following categories:

Objectives
To recognize and value academic excellence and the technological impact of the research developed within the scope of the Graduate Program in Engineering and Mechanical Sciences (Post-ECM).
Description
The initiative is aimed at master’s graduates who defended their dissertations during the 2021–2024 quadrennial period.
Beyond individual recognition, the notice seeks to encourage the academic community’s engagement with high-quality research, technological innovation, and the program’s projection on the national and international stage.
The selection will highlight works that have stood out for their scientific rigor, originality, technological relevance, and potential contribution to society.
Categories
The Post-ECM Highlights consist of:
- Outstanding Dissertation Award;
- Outstanding Alumnus Award;
- Outstanding Technology Award.
